Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS the moment your order is dispatched. You can also reply to that message anytime — a real human responds.

Will it look like a gift?
Every UnboXd product arrives in gift-ready packaging — no plain Amazon boxes, no extra cost. Add a personal note at checkout if you'd like.

Can I ship directly to the recipient?
Yes! Just enter their address at checkout. The invoice goes to your email, not the package.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

What if I don't love it?
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. The product just needs to be in original packaging and unused.

What about damaged products?
If your order arrives damaged, message us within 48 hours with a photo at heyunboxd@gmail.com or WhatsApp. We'll replace it free of charge.
