At Unboxd, every order is packed with care and checked before dispatch. Since many of our products are curated, limited, or personalized, we keep our policies simple and transparent.
Returns
- Returns are accepted only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Sale or clearance items
Refunds
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.
Exchange
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
