We've built UnboXd on a simple promise: if it doesn't get the gasp, you don't keep it.

7-Day Easy Returns

You have 7 calendar days from delivery to request a return for any reason — change of mind, wrong fit, didn't match expectations. We just ask that the product is:

  • ✅ In original packaging
  • ✅ Unused and undamaged
  • ✅ With all accessories and tags intact

Damaged or Wrong Product?

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product:

  • 📸 Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery

  • 🆓 We arrange free reverse pickup + replacement at zero cost to you

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order number
  2. We'll arrange a free reverse pickup from your address
  3. Once the product reaches us and is inspected, your refund is processed within 5–7 working days

Refund Method

  • 💳 Prepaid orders: Refunded to your original payment method
  • 💵 COD orders: Refunded to a bank account you provide (we'll ask for details)

What can't be returned?

For hygiene & safety reasons, the following are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been used or assembled (unless damaged on delivery)
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products without original packaging
